You may also choose to collect your purchase in person from our Farringdon showroom. Collections are available by appointment only for security purposes.

Returns

14-Day Returns:

We offer a 14-day return policy for all items purchased online. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund or exchange. Items made to your unique specifications (such as custom sizes, engravings, or bespoke items) are not eligible for a refund unless there is a manufacturing fault. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we will do our best to sort out any issues that may arise.

Condition & Packaging:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn condition with all protective seals, tags, and stickers intact. It must be returned with the original box, paperwork, and all accessories.

Security Seals:

Please do not remove our branded security tags. Returns will not be accepted if the security tag has been tampered with or removed.

Inspection Process:

All returned items undergo a rigorous inspection by a specialist to verify authenticity and condition before a refund is issued.

Refund Processing:

Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
