All watches are supplied with the remainder of the manufacturer’s warranty. Where this period is less than 12 months, Bespoke Luxury Concept will provide additional coverage to ensure a total warranty period of up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers the mechanical components of the watch only and does not include damage caused by water exposure, misuse, or improper handling.
In the event of water damage, repairs can be arranged; however, all associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure the watch is delivered to us promptly to prevent further damage.
Any repairs carried out under the Bespoke Luxury Concept warranty or guarantee will be void if the watch has been opened or tampered with by a non-authorised Bespoke Luxury Concept watchmaker.
Please note that accidental damage to internal components may only be identified upon inspection by our qualified watchmaker. If such damage is determined to have resulted from misuse, repair costs will be chargeable.

However, in the event of an error (including pricing or product details), we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order before it has been processed.

Full payment or deposit (where applicable) must be completed before dispatch.
For bespoke or special orders, any remaining balance must be paid within 14 days of notification.

We aim to dispatch items in stock promptly once payment has been received and cleared.

Custom-made or bespoke items are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

If a product is found to be faulty, it will be inspected and, where applicable, repaired or replaced under warranty.

Change of Mind

Returns for non-bespoke items are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• All packaging and accessories are included

Refunds will be processed after inspection.

All watches sold on the website are sold as pre-owned unused unless otherwise stated. By pre-owned we mean the watch has been previously purchased new and then subsequently bought by us without having been worn. Each item is inspected to ensure quality and authenticity before sale.
